Tricia Norman, Director

Tricia has over 20 years experience in the recruiting profession having worked in United Kingdom, South Africa, Hong Kong and Canada for international recruitment firms and a major US insurance company.

During this time she has worked on a wide range of recruiting from entry to executive level and developed a keen interest in the engineering and technical placement field.  This led to the registration of Select Placement Services Inc. in 1997 as placement agency offering companies and candidates professional technical placement services. In addition, she has assisted over 500 families with relocation to Vancouver so is well versed in the transitioning of candidates and their families from countries around the globe.

Tricia completed a Diploma in Personnel Management and BA Degree in Psychology and is a member of the Human Resources Management Association in British Columbia.
